Recovery Spirituality

One of the best reflections on personal spirituality I have ever seen:

"Religion is for those that fear hell, Spirituality is for those who have been there."

The writer added: " That kinda describes how I feel about attaining spirituality: It's walking through the fire, facing fears, character defects if you will, changing oneself for the better, coming to peace with yourself...I will leave the "belief system" out of it cuz each to his/her own...

Each of us would do well to pt down and share our personal vision of our spirituality.
